The Teerman Lofts offers you Express Check-in. No standing in line or waiting in the lobby. Simply follow the instructions in your Reservation Confirmation to get your room keys and head straight to your room! Each unit has all the amenities of home, so you'll enjoy the privacy of home, too. Of course if you need something or there's a problem with your room, simply call the office number provided in the room.

Due to the historic nature of the buildings that house the Teerman Lofts, it was not possible to construct an elevator. Keep in mind that the only access to rooms on the second and third levels are by stairs.

 

CHECK IN INFORMATION
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Your room key and other information will be in a check-in packet. Your check-in packet will be in the wall safe located inside the 9th street entrance to the Teerman Lofts. Use the code that was included in your reservation confirmation email to open the entry door and also to access the safe.

PAYMENT INFORMATION & CANCELLATION
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All reservations require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking with the balance paid prior to arrival. We will charge the credit card on file for the balance due up to three days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be cancelled up to fourteen (14) days prior to your stay without a cancellation fee.

All guests are entitled to the quiet enjoyment of their loft. As such, the maximum number of people allowed in a room will be limited to the number of registered guests. Please respect the rights of all guests by limiting the noise levels between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. The Lofts are not to be used in any manner that causes additional people to come to the room such as dinner parties, birthday parties or any other gatherings. The Lofts are intended to be used ONLY by the registered guests of the room.

The Teerman Lofts are NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING. This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card if additional cleaning is required.

No bachelor, bachelorette, wedding or similar parties of any kind will be allowed.

Violation of the Rental Terms will subject guest to immediate eviction from the Teerman Lofts and guest will not be entitled to any refund.

How to get here: Holland is conveniently located near major expressways (US-31, I-196, M-6) and is just 35 miles from Kent County International Airport (GRR). If you’re driving, here are basic directions:

From Chicago (2 hours 30 minutes)
Take I-94 East to I-196 North/US 31 North
Take exit 47B to Downtown Holland

From Detroit (2 hours 30 minutes)
Take I-96 West to Exit 46 M-6 West.
Take I-196 West to Exit 55 to Downtown Holland

From Traverse City (2 hours 45 minutes)
Take US-131 South to I-196 West
Take Exit 55 to Downtown Holland

Parking:
Parking is allowed in designated lots and requires a parking permit (included with your stay). This permit must be displayed in the driver-side rear window and is valid for one vehicle in one of the designated parking lots.
