We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All reservations require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking with the balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
  • Cancel 14 days or more in advance and receive a full refund.
  • Cancel 7 days in advance and receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

    Teerman Lofts and/or BVW Unsalted Vacations is not responsible for any cancellation fees charged by third party platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO or Homeaway.
