The Teerman Lofts is a small and intimate hotel. Due to our size, we ask that our rooms are not used as a location for groups to gather or for the bridal parties to get ready for the wedding. The large number of people that are typically coming and going along with the large number of people in a room at one time has a tendency to inconvenience other guests. Using the room for this purpose or any other purpose that results in more than the maximum number of occupants will be a violation of the Rental Terms.
